In keeping with the Maadiran belief of doing the right thing, when IOMInd was established in 1994, the company management felt that the younger children of the company’s factory workers needed a safe and positive environment to flourish while their parents were working.

Shortly afterwards the Souror Nursery School was founded on the factory grounds with the intention of making it the best nursery school in Iran. This vision was realised in when the Ministry of Education recognised the school with an award for obtaining the highest standards of care and teaching in the region.

The school is a continuing bonding point between the factory staff and the company.
